Porn Forums and content stolen

What can i do with a PORN FORUM BOARD WEBSITE that their members everyday are trying to enter my members area from my website and post my content ?
i have wrote the admin from that board site, but no replies.
Who contact ??? hosting provider ???

alf6300 07-30-2012 03:11 PM

1. Dmca the forum or/and the filelocker if those are filelocker links
2. Support adultking 's efforts (see his thread)
3. Write to host. Don't necessarily expect much from host, though. Unless he is one of the good guys, or you manage to get him scared, he may well ignore you.

Good luck!

don't forget the forum's advertisers

hostmyxxx 07-31-2012 04:10 AM

and for shits and giggles include google as well, they don't enjoy DMCA requests lol

baggg 08-01-2012 10:49 PM

hell yeah,go with g00gle first, almost 100% they will deindex the site (huge cut on the sites traffic)
http://support.google.com/sites/bin/...&answer=116262
after that send an email to host, domain reg. and webmaster (godaddy will take the domain right away)
you can find good scary lawyer template letters,or if you know a lawyer ask him to write a letter for you

Kostly 08-03-2012 08:13 AM

Google will cut traffic to the page, not the entire site. But its a start. Block the accounts that are published and secure your website. You probably been hacked:(

Edit: Also, just a hint. Send a DMCA, be polite, respectfull and non threatening. It goes a long way!

revisionlegal 09-20-2012 06:45 PM

If the DMCA doesn't work, send me a PM. I can probably help.

dog-tag 10-22-2012 10:50 AM

I don't think its fair to go after the forum owner.

I demand the uploaders info, but prepared for legal battles.
Why not just watermark like hell?

dozadesprite 12-06-2013 10:17 AM

DMCA should be the first step

sanibalx888 01-07-2014 11:19 PM

forums are really great but contents similarities

bonybeautiful 01-12-2014 10:07 AM

The problem I have is with a user on forums like pornbb.org. He has file locker links to every one of my published videos. I write DMCA letters to the file locker (keep2share.cc) everyday and the links are removed by the next day. BUT, within a few hours of this, every one of the posts on the forum is updated with new, working links on the same file locker - as if done by some form of program or script. Forum and site host both ignore my communications. Infuriating.

Try to find out if they have an affiliate account with Keep2Share and demand keep2share they suspend their affiliate account. I also see AdultFriendFinder advertisements on pornbb, I would contact them and ask that they cease all advertising on a forum that has been stealing content from the adult community for years and years.

I hope one day those companies advertising in pirate forums come here for help, it will be a good time to tell them to go fuck yourself.

MrTrollkien 10-02-2014 12:02 PM

Take a look at this forum which is well known pirate place, you will find content from all the paysites.

cndb.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=13

the board owned by SK Intertainment aka Mrskin skintertainment.com/sites/

SpotOnTechSupport 10-02-2014 05:38 PM

As a person who runs a hosting company, if I got a DMCA I would act on it immediately. I do host adult sites and I have gotten them before. One of my resellers handed it over to the client and the offending stuff was gone within 1 hour of us getting the DMCA. Some of us hosts try to do the right thing.

If this sites is hosted with a regular, serious company they will do something. But I guess its not. Mostly hosted on Offshore-Servers. Its not easy to get them down on a legal way. Thats also for some filesharing, OCH's and filelockers. You have to go different and more harder ways.

Wow, I just took a look and it is actually blatant. Even the Paysite Name is defiantly displayed in the thread title: Met-Art, FemJoy, RealityKings, Watch4Beauty, etc. Full sets of the models, hosted of course by financially-incentive driven "free" image hosts. That's pretty amazing that a company actually IN this adult business, would not proactively delete this sort of obvious nonsense from their site.

Could you imagine if the some of the most respected members here were exposed as owning multiple piracy sites and online support businesses.

We are working on multiple cases right now.

The Defecation Matter Will Surely Hit The Oscillating Device soon. :winkwink:

Yes, I aware of that and I actually know that.

They confirm that they own that site everywhere so it not a thing that has been since yesterday.

Well, the activity in that section just shows a lack of interest.

(I do not adress that directly to your person, just overall thought)

That is not a site built yesterday......

It is there since a few years.

But you think for yourself what for these sections have been created...

The descriptions of the sections:

Share your Model / Babe Pictures & Videos Here. No duplicate posts. No porn.

or

Pornographic Pics & Videos

cndb.com is just one forum/website of this kind. There are hundreds maybe thousands in the net. Focus on sharing clips/vids/pics and pw for free.

Most of this sites are running from india/arabian/asian countries. The guys are in several business involved. They open fake companies, have fake IDs and act as existing companies. You can talk with them seriously and buy "licensed" content. They will provide you all proofs you need. Actually is a scam!

But actually the owner of this site post here (or their representative).

On their site (cndb.com) and other sites, there is in black on white written that their own this pirate website.

Freax 10-14-2014 09:41 PM

Yes thats maybe a problem. Its not good to have something like that.

But you have to go deeper in the case for know whats going on.It is not a crime to open a Forum for sharing pics and vids. Its a kind of grey zone if private members post the content. Some forum owner knows this and tolerate it. At last it brings traffic and members for paysites ;)

Serious forum owners, especially if the inthe adultbiz should control what the members posts. Private content made by members is ok, or freestuff for promote affiliates.

Sure there is a way to close a forum or a website. That whats everyone has in mind. There is ALWAYS a way ;)

The company I work with is launching an adult forum, is there any way to prevent this?

Who contact ??? hosting provider ???

1. delete link from google: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/dmca-dashboard
2. send abuse to hosting provider, if provider doesn't answer, you need found any! content looks illegal (these websites don't have any models ids) and send notice to police office near by hosting data centre and send copy to hosting provider that you already sent notice to police.
I promise you, they will delete everything.
3. If it's file hosting (share hosting) you need to find all billing systems and send abuse to them. Usually 30-40% of billings on the file hostings don't accept adult content.

You need to think different. These guys are no kiddies (mostly not, but some are). They use fake addresses, virtual offices, bogus hosters with rented servers in offshore countries and sure, complete fake names, payment solutions and so on.
Its a multimillion business, because they make 99% profit as they use all content made by others and pay only for servers and domains. If you know there are a complete underground suppliers providing everything you need for do some like that.

And then its clearly the hoster didn't answer, same as any admin or anyone. They not fear google, DMCA or police. If you sitting in asia, india or southamerica, or even in deepest europe ;) there is no danger.

The only they fear is to loose their fans and exposing who and where they are. So you need to fight fire with fire and sometimes not the real official way.

Freax 11-19-2014 11:46 PM

And yes its all running by automated software. Its no one posts links or upload content by hand. Its no problem for them to take it down and at the same time, starting the script for reposts with spinning new text and links.

Admin = Website Owner = Domain Owner = Hoster all the same guys (sometimes only 1 person)
