He reminds me of someone I hated in grade school. He was a disgusting little creep at the back of the class. Imagine that kid in Snoopy who's always dirty? That's what he was. He was also a little retarded. He repeated third grade twice! Instead of eating paste, he mixes Elmer's Glue with water and drinks it.

Not really, but that bully kid Nelson that says "ha ha" all the time? ... yeah there were a few kids back in my grade school days who fit that bill.
