To Trade Or Not To Trade?
 

What do you think? Should you trade traffic or not?

From my research I stoped doing it. It seemed the traffic I was tradeing was crap and it just used up bandwidth. I see blogs, mostly babe blogs that trade posts back and forth that get 100,000 page views a day but when I check their banner ad rates they sell for 200 a month.

I have sites that get 1000 page views a day that get 20 for a month ad placement, of course all search engine hits. So you got to figure if you get 10,000 search engine hits it is worth 200 a month, but they have 100,000 hits and they still get 200 a month.

what do you think? For me , I don't trade.

I don't trade any more because all my traffic is from search i feel that when i trade i don't get the quality back of what i send. or maybe it would be good for sites that don't convert to trade traffic.

I still do hardlink trades with other high quality sites of the same niche.

I guess tgp would be for trades, but I see a lot of blogs trade posts back and forth and I don't think they should.

Traffic trading has not been worth it for me. Big time traders will take advantage of your good traffic, send you crap traffic that drives off your surfers. I don't trade traffic with sites other than mine anymore and life is much better for it.
