1: cc domains are not very popular/good.

2: The only person who would buy Paxum.cc would be the owner of Paxum.com

for me .CC domains are very good for CreditCard companies as world wide.

A domain that is trademarked/owned by a company can be taken from you. You should avoid buying domains that a company owns the .com/.net etc to. Buying a .cc is pretty much useless.
