Tube Sites, as affiliates or owners selling viagra, cialis.. legal..??

Hi All,

First post on gfy :)

As everyone sees, tube sites apparently make their money selling all types of sex pills.

For example PornTube has ads for a certain site that sells viagra, etc...

That site says you don't need a prescription to order viagra, cialis..etc..

It is my understanding that this is not legal, at least in the US. That you do need a prescription.

I'm going to guess that the pill site advertised by PornTube is owned by themselves.
Even if it isn't, as an affiliate, would they be breaking US law by advertising the pill site.

PornTube is registerd at godaddy.

So how is all this happening without anyone getting busted?

Or maybe it is legal.

Thanks

I can ask next time I call or email one of the big guys over there :upsidedow

I'm guessing that it's cpm from other advertisers like most tubes but you can ask at [email protected]

Most tubes sell their ad spots via an ad network such as JuicyAds and don't have to worry with it. :pimp

They very often are shipped from overseas as well, which gets them through a lot of red tap

I am based in the Philippines and it is legal to send certain pills anywhere as long as you have a prescription for RX drugs (local prescription will do ) and you dont exceed a 3 months supply of pills

You can buy mens herbal supplements here that work and dont need any prescription.

Only 1 place I know of that is actually licensed in the US and ships legit shit from the US. Legit shit equals high priced so a harder sale where the bootleg shit is possibly harmful but cheaper so easier to sell.

It is likely an ad network, and there is also likely a layer of indemnification/hold harmless clauses between the ad network and the tube site. It is certainly a risk of doing business, but it is a profitable one so the risks are controlled, as much as possible, by the advertising contract.
