I hate tattoos and have yet to hear a good reason for a female to get one other then 'oh I REALLY REALLY want one' yes but why? no real good reason 'oh i love butterflies' or some bs, haha really? I love lots of things but I have no desire to have tiny needles inject ink under my skin in a permenant fashion for the world to see (or if it's in a 'hidden' spot then really wtf is the point???)

I had this happen and it sucks. I got over it but at the time, i was WTF??? This is sort of my playground at the moment and getting a stupid unicorn is not helping here.

By definition all tattoos are trashy. Don't talk about the rose/butterfly on the hip or foot as being elegant. It is not.

My GF has a full back tattoo and it looks great. If she got something really trashy and strange it might make me wonder, but I likely wouldn't break up with her unless it was something racist or something like.

A bad tattoo shows poor judgment. If the dude feels the female is unstable then he has every right to drop her.

When I lived in Philly, I dated a girl who got a tattoo of a giant sword wrapped in thorns and roses from her hip to her knee. She was hot so I didn't break up with her. I can tell you that I definitely didn't like the tattoo.

My girl just got a half sleeve to cover up an armband she got done in high school - a flower girl in the style of those old psychadelic Fillmore posters from the 60's. I think it came out pretty good. Not the best shot of it, but oh well...
