Sending out HTML email from Outlook Express help
I can't seem to do this, i receive HTML emails all the time. I am trying to send an html email using Outlook Express and no matter what i've tried the email comes to me as html code. I've set OE to send out emails as HTML, still doesn't work, I tried send the same html email to myself through Gmail and it still comes as html code.
stumped. using this at the top of the html/email <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"/> any idea/help? |

I think there is also a setting that you have to select in order to view incoming emails in html.
|
your first mistake is using a MS app ... lol ... btw, re-read your post ...
Code:
no matter what i've tried the email comes to me as html |

Yeah who's still using IE express. If you can't get it going setup gmail with your account in there maybe.

gmail isn't sending it out either - i asked a few people to try and it didn't work.
gonna install phplist now |
tools > options > send > HTML
also, if someone emails you in plain text you cannot reply in HTML. |
