As as affiliate, from time to time when I see a glaring issue like stretch marks, I'll go ahead and edit them myself.

I mostly have solo sites, so if the girl sells well, i will edit every pic of her in the members area, if she is not good seller, it will be only promo pics :)

Batch processing in Photoshop is your friend.
