My favorite COPS is the one where 2 guys in a stolen car are chased from Missouri into Kansas, driving on the rims, as the tires were blown. MO cops had the laid back attitude of they'll stop sooner or later.,Freeway closed to traffic. Kansas cops had to crowd the car, doing thousands of dollars in damage to police cars. The COPS had to edit the tape as one cop pulled the driver out the window and beat him to where when the tape starts again you can see the blood on the cop. Cop lost his job.
His cousin somehow beat the rap for killing a security guard in a restaurant in another city. Seemed the guard was Black and had tried out for the police dept. But these two cowboys hated Blacks and made his life miserable to the point he quit. Some how the cop beat the rap despite multiple witnesses said the security guard had his hands in a defensive posture.

Didn't make COPS, but several of the elite drug squad just plead guilty in federal court for stealing Play Stations and such on warrant service on drug dealers. Ripping off an undercover FBI agent isn't the smartest thing to do.

Taking in bribes or talking to their civilian rats.
Then make them think i'm internal affairs.

I've noticed everyone always says "that shit ain't mine".

My all time favorite episode is when a cop gets flagged down by a woman who is pissed because she gave $20 to another woman and now wants it back and the other woman won't give it back to her. Eventually the cop gets her to confess that she was trying to buy rock cocaine and the other woman stiffed her. The cop goes over to talk to the other woman who is offended that someone would think she was a drug dealer because she is a prostitute and everyone in area knows she is prostitute and not a drug dealer.

The cop asks the girl who was trying to buy the drugs why she was buying them and she said, "What the hell else am I supposed to do with $20?"

It is a classic.
