Anyone here hire interns to work on their sites?
 

Was thinking about saving some money and not hiring a video editor on salary, but rather cycle through interns to edit portions of the sites we're developing. Anyone else use interns now or in the past for the site editing?

Yes I have. Mixed results.

Find someone with a strong work ethic first. Even if they lack the skills you seek.

You can train them the SKILL. You can't teach/train/give them the WILL to work.
