My server is offline and I cant get the ticket system to load. Anyone else?

not just you....our stuff is up and down all over the place....they were suffering major datacenter issues earlier

Well its either me or there are multiple issues, I am having failed DNS lookups all over the internet right now. Then I refresh and its fine.

Actually there is some problems according to scooter in datacenter but he doesn't know what exactly.I dont have any problem but again if it's dns problem i cannot be effected anyway since i run standalone dns.

Spoke with Brad earlier and he and his team are aware of the situation and are working hard to fix things.

I do alot of business with them, so hoping things get 100% resolved soon. My stuff is mostly up right now but definetlly is all over the place.

Im sure Brad will jump in here once he gets a free second from burning up the phone lines and helping handle support tickets. :pimp

Well I didn't want to start any panic and was mostly just hoping to be assured that it was just me.

As of this moment my Mojohost sites are working better than the rest of the internet. So no issue here.

With apology I had a thorough response typed.... and then GFY was down. Had to start all over again, twice. Not a good day for porn based on the various threads.


Dear valued clients,

There have been intermittant connectivity and latency problems today with some MojoHost customers as a result of a local area network issue. I have been on the phone even if just to be in earshot and working with our engineers since 3am. Our network service and reliability is of paramount importance. I am hopeful that we are judged by our stellar service history in addition to today's team response.

Since the first occurance this morning, nearly all traffic has been served. While this is no consolation for any affected customer large or small, our team has isolated the root cause. I am confident that we are near finished with this situation and as of right now there are only a handful of VLANs (customer networks) affected. It is not appropriate for me to give a full report until we have restored service to the last friends and family VPS account. As always, I look forward to being transparent with the details of today's occurance and we are sincerely appreciative of your business.

Our 5 servers with mojo was not affected, or if it was, should have been for less than 2 minutes.. got a note from Mojo about they solved, but few minutes before I was on site all ok, reload it after the note and it worked again, so I was not fast enough to see any outage :)
