TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) ? Tuscaloosa County authorities say a Cottondale man may be charged with child endangerment after taking along his 9-month-old son during a rendezvous with a prostitute.

Capt. Loyd Baker says a 29-year-old man took the baby with him after contacting a woman through a website and agreeing to meet her at a motel in Tuscaloosa on Sunday. The man told investigators he took the child because he didn't have anyone to babysit.
