    Looking for some feed back on my site

    I have had this site for 4 years now and it does ok. But wish it would do better. And what better place to get some feed back and see if I can improve some things on the site to pick up more sales

              So you seriously don't rebill your customers? Or just on the 35 day option? Procrastination is a powerful tool (when its someone else procrastinating) I think you are leaving money on the table.

              Edit: and why couldn't you get Visa approval through CCBill?

                  Hire some people that know how to make good websites. There isn't one element on that site I think is worth keeping.

                          This will vary, it will be ok for some like you, but it's very rare that I have to scroll horizontally to view a site. There's bound to be a significant percentage with the same settings as me, he will be losing most of them as it annoys people.

                              Never been a fan of trailers autoplaying, simply for the reason that it makes people X the window because people usually have their speakers on and don't realize something is going to come on. Alot of people watch porn while the people they live with are sleeping or even while at work. The last thing those people want is a trailer with girls screaming 'welcome to fuckmyfatass.com'

                                  Is all the text on that site graphic? Like put in images instead of being able to be picked up by the spiders?

                                  Also, I am not seeing anything there that looks even remotely extreme. I am not trying to be harsh but the name implies one thing that does not appear on the actual site and if the text is not HTML then your losing SE traffic.

                                  The site is displaying properly on my iPad so I don't have an issue with the width as was mentioned before

                                              This. It also looks dated to like late 90s-early 00's. The dated look doesn't really matter all the time, but get rid of the autoplay video.

                                                  Personally I wouldn't have autoplaying on the video, no reason to either. The font is your biggest problem with that design, the actual font is not a reading font, it's OK for logos but not as body copy, the line heights, letter spacing is all out of whack and strained my eyes.

                                                  Also, you last updated on 21st June, don't date it if it's 3 weeks out of date almost, you're putting first time visitors off as they won't get past the date to read 20 new vids. Spread them out and have a list.

                                                  Finally, I think you have too much going on on page 1, video thumbs, featured models, webcam benefits, then when i hit continue tour there's only one video to see and nothing else. Webcam features and the exclusive vid / pic banners deserve their own area and in more detail.

                                                  Nothing wrong with the colours and headers, it's a little wide for my taste as my eye has too far to travel left to right.

                                                              two very good points here.

                                                              autovideo with sound is just creating a race to close the window. You also want to create some form of focus. Show it to some colleagues and tell them to look at it for 3 seconds and ask them if they can tell what you are selling. If you can't communicate that in that time you need more focus on the product.
