I see that Martin Scorsese has cast DiCaprio in his biopic "Sinatra". I really wanted Harry Connick, Jr. to get that role...oh well, we'll see.

An even better questions would be, could Frank Sinatra even sing? Yes, he had his own style, but amazing vocals was not his strong suit.
