I need some tgpx help
 

I have a problem with rotating and updating the pages. The support on this script is almost non exciting so i hope some one here can give me a hand with this. I am sure it is something very simple for those who have worked with it.

not much to go on, the template needs this variable "getnew=true" and running rebuild command just resorts your galleries while the command "rebuild with new" updates with new galleries. you can cron those commands. the documentation files are pretty well written.

yes i know, but for some reason it is not updating every so many min, that is just for testing. I used the code from one of samples, so it should work and the cron is also setup correctly. I'm puzzled

Other things that can effect it are not enough galleries to meet the amount needed to populate your pages while maintaining your "Holding Period" settings. I have 25k galleries and a 10 day hold, mine are 90% permanent so the template tries to add submitted galleries first and then fills the void with permanent galleries when updating by using the intermix variable

i am only using permanent galleries, i have put the hold to 0 to see if that worked. right now i am running this code

i get some updates while i have the cron set for 3 min. even when i build with new i have this problem. I have like 143 gals approved with around 200 spots to fil. they are all filled with galleries who are on used.

I have tried so many builds but it seems that nothing works.

can some one share their build, one that is updating like one or two thumbs every hour and have the full index page filled with thumbs. I am not running anything else yet.

i think i have solved the issue. I was running to other domains as pages and that might have been conflicting for some reason. guess i have to look at how to run more domain in the server edition of tgpx

Dunno if this helps or not but for some reason mine only updates correctly when I set the cron job to do a build with new and then right after do a re-build on the same templates

i am using cron and i also set them for both build with new and build. but i am not sure that is the problem.

I am running two other sites on this script and it seems when ever i turn those on it all starting to go wrong for some reason.

can you paste your cron settings?
