Where to start now?
Hi guys,
I've been away from adult since like 2 years now and want to start it back. In these two years, I've tried my hands on mainstream and had some success with it. This time, I'm not looking to make TGP galleries but this time, I want to start a few niche sites, laser targeted and treat those sites like my kids. Frankly, I want to go after SE traffic only with niche based sites. What would you guys suggest me? Where should I start now? I can invest 10k in content and other stuff, but I want to use this money wisely. My mainstream biz feeds me well and I want to start again in adult and diversify. Please gimme your honest advise :) :thumbsup |

Don't do it man. The adult market isn't even what it was a year ago. It changes fast. You need to get in the game slowly.
I recommend you start by building some blogs. |
@BIGTYMER

Probably wasting your time. There are other markets that are easier to get into with better returns right now.

2nd... I would look into two or three mirco-niche sites, look for things that you really care about. everyone has some type of fetish or thing that turns them on, so work off that. maybe its women wearing red high heels or girls wearing fishnets under jeans, pick a few. I'd then work on building out sites that help the user convert, rather than giving away a bunch of free content. add some quality images and video, don't be stingy, but enough where it becomes a teaser rather than a place for someone to go rub one off. If your looking to make any kind of money in this game, you need to expand your reach of services. meaning, its 10x easier to get a paid member to join something else, so offer cams, dating sites, etc., to your members for added revenue. Point being, you need to think a bit out of the box on this to make it work well. If it's not something you would join, no one else will :2 cents: |

ALSO - what turns YOU on, what is your fetish or kink? I know too many people who tried niches that didn't turn them on, that they didn't understand, and they fell flat on their faces. You will have to do tremendous research into a niche or fetish that doesn't turn you on to find the right way to address it, to be successful at it. If you write/produce/create content that you would fap to, then those fappers who are into it as well will... come. heheh. :D |
Hey! Hit me up!

@bossku69 and @Mediaguy
Thanks for the solid advice :) |
What's your fetish?? lets see if it's a good one.
With a fetish/niche you need to know the tiny details of why people like it. So you really have to understand the Niche/Fetish. You almost have to understand it better than the people who are into it and be aware of why. |
@Tijuana_Tom
My own fetish is TRUELY amateur girls :) I mean TRUELY ;) |
You might want to spend 10K on a great domain that will bring in traffic.
If you do decide to get back into the game you should promote something that you like, otherwise you might lose interest and just waste your time. I would not invest in content unless your developing a paysite since most sponsors will provide you everything you need to promote them for free. Blogs are the easiest but can be tedious to update if your making your own posts. |

Tip #1,
don't listen to what anybody says. Do your own research, traffic testing, and find out productivity on your own. Don't take anyone's word for it. Different people have different results.. Long term, blogs and micro niches sound safe. As per SEO, I suggest you don't do any. Just quality content and handwritten material. You can always add from a clean base, but sometimes it's hard to take away from a complicated SEO structure. |
Thanks for the advice everyone. :)

Man after 5 years in this shit am asking the same question myself.
