electric cords
 

Im hooking up a dishwasher and I need some reassurance.
The dishwasher has a black and white wire.
The cord Im hooking it up to has a green wire which is ground Im sure.
A live wire which I think goes to the black and a neutral which goes to the white wire.
If anyone has a clue let me know thanks.
