Had this for a while now but do not have the time to do anything more with it. The theme is a premium one (59 dollars) I heavily modified it to suite my needs and what I wanted it to look like, however you can pretty much change it as you need (easy enough to do within the admin)

Traffic atm is around the 500 uniques a day, assume no rev. I will do an sql dump, export everything and send you zip files but you will need to install it on your server. Domain is at namecheap.

Also comes with Interstitial Ads for WordPress (not active on site atm) I paid 18 bucks for the license for it.
