Requesting Memebrs Area Access to Paysite Owners!

We are in the process of launching a paysite and we would like to see how an average members area looks like.

we have few questions about member areas

* does it has only pics/only movies or pics and movies
* is there any cam feeds/live cams sessions
* are having sd/hd content
* do you allow content downloads if yes then how many types of resolution videos are there to view and download.
* are vids and / pics watermarked.
* Do you limit the daily data transfer per user.
* is there blog inside
* do you interact with users ?, if yes then how ? by using forum or ticket systems.
* and many more

Check out some web designer portfolios, they will often have members area layouts displayed there...

You could visit some review sites, they describe exactly what a user can expect from several sites.

Instead of looking at what others are do simply ask yourself what you would want if you were to join a porn site and the supply that.

yes i have thought that, but imho
if i am customer then i want all hd movies at my disposal, no download limit but wouldn't it allow content thieves to rip the site in no time at $1 trial membership ?
thats why i was looking how others are working with this issue and managing to protect their content.

i am an affiliate and promote few programs as well, but never seen their member areas.
i have seen very limited members area , and i didnt liked what i saw in members area,
* poor quality content
* one click upsales
* and many things
so i still looking for few more.,

I'll try to be more helpful than my last post. When looking at a members' area, USE the product. Yes, wack off. Fap. Rub one out. In no other business have I seen so many merchants who have never used their own product, and it shows.

Three or four clicks to get to the next pic, including finding the little X in the corner to close the window for every pic because each pic opens in a new window? That makes it a lot harder to whack off, yet webmasters do it all the time. How about if I click the pic, it loads the next one?

The fad right now is to have pics eight times the size of anyone's display, so you have to scroll up and down, left and right, seeing just a small fraction of the pic at any time. Not fappable. That's worse than the ones with half a screenful of crap above each pic, so the user has to scroll down the page for each and every pic. Not fappable.

Often when I see bad design, I ask the webmaster if they've ever used their own product. Almost always if the site sucks, the webmaster has never used it, so they have no idea how annoying it is. Fap on!

I dunno about you man but i have a huge mental block trying to run one out to tube sites i've made or worked on... its like masturbating to your sister or something...

So then you have some information here. As a customer you would want it all, but as a business owner that might not be a good idea so your job is to now figure out how to balance those two things. Maybe you give them HD streaming videos and lower quality downloads. Or you make sure the downloads are heavily watermarked so if they get put up on torrents and filelockers it might still give you exposure.

If your content is exclusive I would work closely with some kind of company or person who specializes in DMCAing tubes, filelockers, boards and so on to help curb the level of piracy right from the start.
