The user/pass is generally sent with along with your initial signup and/or when promos are sent out. The login is sent for convenience purposes since we generate a password which is random, and isn't the same as your CCBill's login. However, I do see your concerns with this type of structure and will exclude the users/passes from the new promo emails. Very sorry about that.
