Never thought I would see the day . . . .
but I will vote for Romney
|
I'm not voting. I value my vote too much than to just piss it away because that is the only choice I have. If no one is worthy of it, they are not getting it.
At this point, it doesn't matter who is in office. The debt can not be paid off, government is not going to stop spending, employment is not coming back anytime soon, and Romney is going to do everything he is promising not to do right now, just like Obama did when he ran. |
The right vote is NO vote. :2 cents:
|
As per normal I will vote for the libertarian candidate unless a third party candidate comes out of nowhere who has a decent chance of getting larger portion of the vote.
I live in a liberal state and because of the outdated electoral college my vote doesn't really matter so I vote for the libertarian in hopes that they can get 5% of the vote which will qualify the party for matching funds in the next election. |
You'd need a revolution for votes in the US to make a real difference
|
Well that's two people I know who are voting for Romney. Anyone else?
|
I vote for Pedro only
|
Vote your conscience, not what the media tells you.

I can relate because even though I'll be voting for Obama instead, that's only because I think the other guy would be worse. |

I don't really like Romney either. To me, he seems "slick", like Bill "Slick Willy" Clinton. I don't trust him. He couldn't possibly be worse than Obama, though. The biggest tax hike in the history of the world in middle of a recession?!?! Obama was right when he said he was completely unqualified to be president, so if Romney is the other option, I have to go with Romney.
I suspect a president Romney would do some slimey stuff, while also doing a reasonably good job - a lot like Clinton. |
I'm voting Romney. Why? Because he's a business man, our country needs to be run like a business, not a non-profit.

Keep on truckin'... :stoned ADG |

The only way things could change under Romney is if the republicans win back the Senate and hold the house. The democrats will filibuster some stuff, but in the end they are pretty spineless and will eventually break. I don't know that the changes will be for the better, but they will be different. |

Voting for Obama here. He's far from perfect but I think he is one of the better presidents in recent times.

Here's the thing, Euro's convinced the simple minded that Obama would help the world's view on the US. How did that work out? I have been approached by many while in Europe with the desire to talk politics. Not once has anyone ever told me they liked what Obama has done. Fact. |

Like for your healthcare issue : I do not give a shit as it has no repercussion on me .. You can let 1/3 of your population die, I really don't care ... and I will not come cry saying : ' ... but ... they kill their own people ... lets liberate them ... :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh |

HAHA FUCKING HELL WE ARE ALL DOOMED. |
I feel like Romney has no convictions and will do or say whatever to get what he wants. What Romney did as governor is different than what he says he will do as President. I'd rather have a President that goes with his beliefs even if I do not agree with them. I think they're too open to manipulation otherwise. Ironically if it were Governor Romney running he may have gotten my vote.

The alternative were one heart attack away from a lunatic running the USA. Like it or not the rest of the world have an interest in US politics because what USA does on the world stage affects the rest of us. If Gore would have been president would the US have invaded Iraq? I think no, the US did and it cost lives and money from my home country. Non-US people takes an interest in Us politics because it affect us as well. |
He's saying nicely the whole world has to mitigate your dumb ass.

Lloyd, Can I ask you why? I see the problems with Obama but the Health Care is almost the same as Romney's back when he was Gov of Mass.
Just wondering. |

Not once. The only negative thing I heard was from a Polish guy that was still in love with Reagan and could not believe Obama was elected. Quote:
