I have seen about three different promo clips for it and none of them were at all funny so I think I will be skipping it.

If it is funny you want the new season of Louie starts tonight at 10:30 on FX

Fucking horrible. I only left the channel on because I'm waiting for Louie to come on later. All these sitcoms suck. The only reason Louie is good is that he does the whole show himself. He doesn't have network executives, and shitty screenwriters, and whoever else butchering his material.
