I need some SEO and Traffic help
 

I am looking for some one to tech me and/or advise me on some basic SEO and basic traffic related topics.

What I need is to connect with some people who have been making money with free, ad based sites. I want to develop business relationships were we can all add value to each other's business, help and trade with each other.

I have some experience in the content business, (25 years) erotic and mainstream but I have very little experience in the online business. This is my site at the moment:
