This individual had a serious civil offense :error (no license plate and no proof of insurance)

there is whois site which shows old data also and works like this.
you need to pay to remove your whois listings from that site. fucking unbelievable.

There's a web site you can check to see if there's an arrest warrant out for someone. I'm listed. Haven't gotten around to it yet, not going to pay them, going to sue them as there is no warrant out for me.

RipOffReport.com works the same scam. You must pay to have your name removed if some asshole puts up a false report about you, your company or products.

The website owner was threatened (with physical violence) so many times, apparently he went into hiding a few years ago.
