In light of a recent promotion at my full-time job, I just do not have the time to manage these sites anymore. I have only been working on sites since April 2011, and I know that a webmaster with good SEO techniques among other things can milk these sites for a lot more than I did (over $2k in the past year). They also need some work after penguin, which I have no time for. That said, some of them fully recovered on their own (no change on my part)

I would like to hold firm on the $2000 price tag, since its already cheap for what it is. Will also work the deal through escrow.com so both sides are comfortable.

90% are hosted at namecheap

anything not hosted there is on godaddy, but i was in the process of migrating everything over to namecheap since they offer free privacy.

A little update, might be the last one... (I might end up keeping these and letting 'em sit if I have to)

Just wanted to show that even with this network in an un-optimized state, the revenue is still rolling in and still is easily over the $2k asking price for a 12 month span.
