UK People I Need Your Help....

I am making a complaint to the ASA (Advertising Standards) about BT.

We changed over to them from Virgin and according to the adverts we have all seen this should have been easy....

2 Months later I am using my neighbors broadband and I have no telephone - Its been a comedy of errors.

I have been stunned by the level of incompetence, and I don't stun easily.

The problem is that as usual when you need one there isn't an ad I can find to complain about.

I got one last week from BT through the letter box but I think it was recycled .

If anyone has one of these mail drop letters or sees another ad with these claims can you forward it to me?

The more the better.
