Is OpenX the best enterprise solution for managing banners and links?

I sure hope so, we just set OpenX up on 100+ sites lol - works like a charm btw.

why not just setup a dedicated ad server with just openx on it, then you can serve the ads to all the sites with custom campaigns

Yea that's what we did, what I mean was that we added zones on most websites :) only one installations of course hehe

and to answer BF's question, openx is pretty much the only solution thats worth it, might be others, but probably commercial, and not as good as openx, or the custom coded route, which would probably end up costing a pretty penny, and odds are in the end openx would still be better
