Fixed Rate Dialer
 

I heard that there's a dialer out there in the market that can bill the client at a fixed rate (ie. the equiv of say a monthly subscription) rather then on a per minute/hour basis ... anyone know what dialer this is ?

I would also like to know what dialer company is doing that
