Is it safe buying traffic from trafficholder?

I've recently googled for more info about adult traffic brokers. Among other results I checked google safe browsing reports and what I noticed that trafficholder results are significantly different from other brokers like exoclick, trafficshop, juicyads, ero advertising etc

It's hundred times more trojan reports on sites which buy or sell through trafficholder.

TrafficHolder:

Of the 917 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 11 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2012-06-20, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2012-06-09.
Malicious software includes 127 trojan(s), 15 exploit(s), 5 scripting exploit(s). Successful infection resulted in an average of 7 new process(es) on the target machine.

Over the past 90 days, trafficholder.com appeared to function as an intermediary for the infection of 66 site(s)

ExoClick:

Of the 10 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 0 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2012-06-20, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2012-06-14.

TrafficShop:

Of the 17 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 0 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2012-06-19, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2012-03-22.

Is it really safe to use trafficholder as a broker? Has anyone had any issues with google because of using their service?
I'm really afraid I can be penalized by google because of buying traffic from there.

I buy from TH. In 3 years, I have found a handful sites breaking the rules. When you report them to TH, TH shuts down their accounts and pays you part of the funds in their accounts.

Seems like paying the clients for catching malware sites doesn't work very well. If google reports so many malware cases they should make more effort to clean up their service.

Seems like your methods may be flawed or you deliberately tried to make TH look bad and other brokers look good. Trafficshop:

I selected 5 random trafficshop sellers. 3 had warnings.

I actually do not try to make someone look bad. I mainly buy from traffic holder. I just compared google safe browsing stats and after this I started to worry about if google can penalize my site if he treats traffic holder this way

Buy directly from sites which dont have that warning no matter which broker and problem solved.

KlenTelaris is right. Select domains you trust and you will be fine. All brokers are confronted with the problem of malware on seller sites. Sometimes it is a temporary problem because the seller site got hacked or the seller site is running third party ads. Sometimes the seller is doing it intentionally. If you notice something abnormal, contact your broker and they will take care of it. I like TH because they contact the seller to fix the problem and they are not afraid to ban the malicious sellers. As I recall, TH even was victim of a DDOS attack because they stood up against bot herders.

The thing is that the domains mentioned above are selling the majority of their traffic to Trafficholder. That should be the reason why google treats them this way in safebrowsing.
