Is it safe buying traffic from trafficholder?
I've recently googled for more info about adult traffic brokers. Among other results I checked google safe browsing reports and what I noticed that trafficholder results are significantly different from other brokers like exoclick, trafficshop, juicyads, ero advertising etc
It's hundred times more trojan reports on sites which buy or sell through trafficholder.
TrafficHolder:
Of the 917 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 11 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2012-06-20, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2012-06-09.
Malicious software includes 127 trojan(s), 15 exploit(s), 5 scripting exploit(s). Successful infection resulted in an average of 7 new process(es) on the target machine.
Over the past 90 days, trafficholder.com appeared to function as an intermediary for the infection of 66 site(s)
ExoClick:

TrafficShop:

Is it really safe to use trafficholder as a broker? Has anyone had any issues with google because of using their service?
I'm really afraid I can be penalized by google because of buying traffic from there.
