My name is Jeremy and I'm currently in the process of having a website developed by MercedesAshleyFX, if anyone has any personal reviews with the site, please share. They are building the site, and I'm interested in developing an IT team that will help me maintain the site, including; help desk and site support, as well as needing help with updates and upgrades, internet marketing, and programmer/scripter. I have many, many ideas that I need implemented and have plenty work to contract a few full-time employees. If interested, it will start off part-time and gradually increase as business increases. I'm wanting a team because I will also be interested in starting another website in January, aimed towards a different demographic. The website will be up July 4th. If you are interested in being part of the team, prior to the launch of the site and are willing to help me get this project launched; seeing as for the past 4 months I've been doing it all myself, there would be great reward. I understand there are plenty of scam artists out there, as I was scammed twice by web designers before finally finding my current designer. I'm willing to chat with some of you that may be interested in this, but are weary of the outcome.
One of the major aspects of the tech support/help desk position is you have to be readily available when being contacted by clients/customers. Quick response time will be a must, as I will personally be always connected to site support to answer questions. The top interest position I have available is a 3rd shift help desk position: someone to be available for support overnight; with direct contact to me for major issues. I'm a workaholic so I don't mind being woken out of my sleep for work. I just want someone to be available to help clients/customers when I'm not.
I know that I haven't made many posts here, but I'm a young guy trying to follow in the steps of my mentor Mr. Glenn King, who referred me to the site. I thank any and everyone of you for your assistance and the guys here at GFY for making sites like these for people like us to all network with one another. Please feel free to ask any questions you'd like, I'm very open and very excited for the launch of the site.
