It is NOT ok to sell or giveaway other people's work. Especially when they request and make it part of their TOS that you do not do this.

Especially when they rely on the sales of this content to survive.

No license loop-hole makes it OK. These developers are forced to use the License and the issue is discussed a lot on other forums.

She didn't "steal" anything she used a minor Nintendo character (not logo) as inspiration.

She is not costing anyone real sales, clients or money.

Gimme-Website used a minor character from 1 Nintendo series and used it to make a BG of a website more interesting.

Nintendo does not license out it's characters for websites so they did not lose any money from her not paying a licensing fee.

What Fris is doing is taking content that businesses currently sell to stay profitable and is giving it away or selling it at an extreme discount.

The creators of the content have all agreed with GimmeWebsite that because of people like Fris they are losing real sales.

This relates very closely to the people in the Adult industry. It's the legal loopholes that put everyone out of business, manwin at the top and guys like ShoeBox and Fris scrambling to figure out ways to make a living.

If you don't see the difference, kill yourself.

You've obviously never worked with a web designer recently. Most designers collect and share little graphics that they put in their designs.

Fris is actually giving away other people's property. Technically because of the license the property becomes public but what Fris is doing is unethical and everyone knows it and attacking Gimme-Website is pathetic.

He's taking other companies products and selling them or giving them away to his clients with his services.

The companies he's taking the content from has expressed that this is not ok and it costs them real sales.

It's not ok to take advantage of the license in this manner.
