What possibly makes anyone on this board
 

Think they deserve a statement from any company, about anything at all.

Man talk about delusions of grandure

If I'm a client of said company and put money in their pocket and they do something that will effect my bottom line, I don't think it's out of line to ask for a statement of some sort.
