I give a bump on this thread - hopefully your problem should be solved - that in order just for me to see whether I will go with CCBill or NOT.
Ccbill - so far I see a lot unsatisfied customers/client of yours (just see the threads with label"CCBill) - what is your statement of non working, non functioning things in your system? Is this issue on "local" clients, or its on EVERYBODY ? Did any of the CCbill employees responded on some of those threads ? It's no drama as MrDeiz wrote, but no one wants to become one. thanks, M. |

CCBill has 24/7 support available directly from their admin program. Click the LIVE CHAT button and your questions will be answered immediately. If you don't feel like chatting you can always give them a phone call. Asking for CCBill support on GFY is trolling.

Ok, if you put it like that it wasn't backstabbing because I didn't know you and had never shared any info with you. So call it kicking me in the balls while I had never done anything wrong to you. Tons of ccbill Drama lately, I never have support issues, I talk to my rep on ICQ all the time, I ask and he tells me where I can get a report or do a change myself. If I need to fill out a form, I tell him to "push" it so it gets processed quicker.
