What 1500/3000/3500 meals per day look like

For someone who's just about to go on a diet and will need all the help he can get, this is a rather good visualization of the meals I can choose to take per day. Maybe start with 3500 then 3000 then taper down to 1500 calorie meals. What do you guys think?

These are actually the diets of three Turkish athletes competing in the coming Olympics.

This is 1500 calories per day meal.

What is a daily meal?

That looks like everything they'd eat in multiple meals over the course of a day.

Wait, I have a question, with these kinds of diets, does one limit the amount of water one takes? Or I can drink as much water as I want? Just curious with the way water was presented on the table.

The difference between the 2nd and 3rd image looks to be a lot more than just 500 calories. :2 cents:

1500 one wouldn't even cover my lunch... :1orglaugh

pretty sure you can drink as much as you want, you might carry water weight but that doesn't stay on you. especially helps if you work out while you're doing this to lose weight and you'll need the water to keep feeling good

no limit on the water (unless you drink 10 litres or so - lol)

but i actually lost more than 30 lbs by not eating more than 2000 calories a day

3 rd picture is more than 3000cals, water is good and you should drink it a lot, you can easy remove it from your body. Biggest problem is to burn fat stored in body, because you need to make your body use it, sitting down and eating less junky food will not be productive as diet plus gym plus running plus walking plus better food
