Erin Moran 'Happy Days' star living in Harrison County, Indiana trailer park

?Happy Days? star Erin Moran ? aka Ron Howard?s wisecracking little sister Joanie Cunningham on the hit sitcom ? is reportedly living at the Berkshire Pointe Mobile Home Park in New Salisbury, Ind.

The 51-year-old actress moved into the Harrison County trailer park with her husband, Steve Fleischmann, a few weeks ago so the couple could care for his ailing mother, according to the National Enquirer.

New Salisbury is about eight miles north of Corydon, Ind.

The couple lost their Southern California home to foreclosure in 2010. While Moran cares for her mother-in-law, Fleischmann reportedly works at Wal-Mart, the tabloid reported.

Moran starred in 236 episodes of ?Happy Days? between 1974 and 1984 before doing the short-lived spin-off ?Joanie Loves Chachi.? She?s worked sporadically since the 1980s and appeared on VH-1?s ?Celebrity Fit Club? in 2008.

Back in those days they didnt know anything about syndication or to get in contract to earn a percentage. It's a shame. I know they had a lawsuit trying to get money from the sale of merch. bearing their likenesses, but I don't think it worked out.

She should get on the nostalgia circuit. Stars of the 70's and 80's make money by making personal appearances at various events. It would be nice to see her star rise again.
