Strictly Hosting merging with NationalNet...Wow

Just got an email advising me that Strictly Hosting is merging with NationalNet. Strictly was always great in hosting Shemp.com and I look forward to burning some NatNet bandwidth now.

Congratulations to Al Fore and Tony Morgan, nice move guys :)

I've got a funny feeling we'll see more big moves from the gang in Atlanta. They've got it together more than any other hosting company in the business.

SleazyDream 02-12-2003 01:39 PM

wow

sextoyking 02-12-2003 01:45 PM

I have a hunch this has something to do with the counter removal:

Dear SHI Customers,

It is our understanding that Flying Crocodile has begun contacting
clients of Strictly Hosting in the attempt to interfere with our
existing business relationship, and convince you to switch to their
services by making questionable statements about our merger with
NationalNet. We wish to assure you that this merger will have nothing
but a positive effect on your hosting relationship. We also encourage
you to ignore these desperate sales tactics being used by Flying
Crocodile. If you have any questions or concerns about our services or
the effect of the merger with NationalNet, please feel free to contact
me directly.

Thanks,
Al Fore

Which was a really good move for XXXstorage (of which I was formally President). My former clients have been very pleased with the increased flexibility and support.

Ya, i think i do too

SweetT 02-12-2003 09:04 PM

First, I guess I should make it official.....but instead of posting the entire release here, I will just post a link and let anyone that wants to read it do so at their leisure....

http://www.natnet.com/news.html

Yes, I am absolutely thrilled that we have made a deal to acquire Strictly Hosting....but apparently some people are not. ....Oh well, I guess it's like they say, "desperate times call for desperate measures".....but, as always NationalNet and Strictly Hosting will take the high road.

Shemp...I am glad that we get to have you as a customer (for the 2nd time in 3 months)!!! It is kind of funny, but I heard from a customer of XXXStorage today who is ALSO a customer of Strictly who said to me "I sure am glad I like hosting with you because if I did not I don't think I would be able to get away!!" :1orglaugh

RAM....you said it, I didnt! :Graucho

Dan, Rick, Sleazy, STK.....Thanks for the kind words, guys. It means alot coming from people of your standing.

I'm pleased. This will allow AL4A more time to scheme up new ideas for TGPs, which of course i will immediately copy :)

ROFL!!!! That is not the first time I have heard that today!!! It seems apparent to me, as an outsider, that AL4A seems to be the innovator in the TGP industry. I know he has been telling me about some of the new things they are doing and from what I have seen it will, once again, be the next wave.
