So including photos in your posts here without asking for permission of the copyright owner is illegal. The next question is... who cares? The answer to that is: you, because you started to point your finger at suspected copyright violations. Now you would have had a point if I had posted a pirated file in here but unfortunately for you, I didn't post any files, and it is you posting pirated photos to this site all the time.

Posting a link to a copyright infringing file isn't illegal. Creating a torrent and/or uploading or downloading such a file is.
