But I will keep it and it will grow. I did have a couple of offers, but I have branded myself so much into my concept, it took some pointing out to see that beautifulfeetonline would most likely not be the same without moi.

What would make most sense would be to work out a deal with the acquirer in terms of content and updates. Assuming you shoot the content, you could offer them a deal that provides them with a low priced shoot cost contract in a fixed amount that would be an incentive for them to keep the site updating for the next year or so with you shooting how ever many times you do shoot. The site doesn't lose its branding, you get your cash and sales keep rolling in and members stay happy.

I don't make any money in this business so take my advice very lightly as I pretty much suck at making money online. But that's what I would do if it were mine. :) Let them worry about the marketing and monetization.

Yeah Beks, I had thought about it, but I was going to flip it so I could scale down all of the things that I am doing. I have my hands in too many projects. But no worries, I really want to grow it now. My SE traffic keeps creeping up because of the marketing people I hired in April. If they do what they say they can do, I should be a very happy webmaster by years end. And hopefully, eventually optimize my whole network. :)
