Batch Photo Edit Apps

Hey I know this has been talked about before but I need a program that can batch edit some photos.

I would like for it to do these things.

Auto Resize
Auto Name with a twist
(This is for a non adult project and I take 2 pics of each item. The first is a full shot and the second is a detail shot. Is there a way to have the prog. know that picture 1 should be called one thing then picture 2 the same thing but slightly modified. Then picture 3 be a seperate etc.
