OpenX with mobile

anyone know how to use OpenX (free version) to detect mobile devices so it can serve up mobile ads?

It's not built in? If it isn't I would imagine there's a plugin to handle mobile detection.

If you are talking about the OpenX Source version then it is built in according to this page - http://openx.com/publisher/openx-source-glance

I can not find any documentation on this though.

Just place a filter on the useragent.

Go to a banner -> delivery -> client - useragent
Then configure regex match "/iphone|android|ipad/i" - etc like this. The list of devices is of course not complete in my example - simply get in a list of all devices which you want to detect.

thanks penthub,
thought of that too, but when I googled for a list of user agents I got this list of hundreds of specific user agents, but indeed I can simple put in simple ones like "iphone"
