Program that makes thumbscreenshots from mpg movies
 

Does such a program exist? I'm getting tired of making a screenshot of each 60 second movie we have and then make those into a thumb in photoshop.

No problem for the longer movies, but when you have a sec of 300 clips, it gets old real fast :)

Take all the screenshots and use Arles to thumbnail them all in one go, or create a batch job in PS.

I did this already, but it is still too much work:)

I'm trying to cut out the middleman, the screencaps making in this case.

You can output to bmp in virtualdub, one bmp per frame, then browse and pick the best ones...then batch convert them to jpeg.
