Defendants' attorney refutes Kink.com claim that the sued sites do not qualify for safe harbor protection under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and calls the litigation 'questionable.'

Kink crew should take a baseball bat to whoever owns youjizz.com knees. We gotta get old school since the Law will not help us content/program owners!

Kink took some heat on here for not protecting their content enough, and now they seem to be at the forefront of litigation. Will be interesting to see how things pan out.
