A lot of good options here already. I will chime in because a lot of people just think high risk when they think of CCBill. We also have a number of low risk/mainstream processing options as well!

If it isn't for adult, you'd be mental to use an adult IPSP as they charge MUCH higher commission than mainstream.

Lots of great options listed so far. But Damien is right. If you have a low risk/non adult product, you may want to consider a non adult processing company because of the rates. If you have both adult and non adult products and don't want to go to different places for processing, feel free to shoot me a line, I work with a number of ISPS in both mainstream and adult, and a few that take both (that aren't branding in our space).

I would avoid CCBill if you are selling pay site memberships. On one end they might take a 15% fee on your transactions but on the other they could be processing for the people stealing your content and hurting your business. It just doesn't make any sense.

Harmik at epoch first, then ccbill, take the easy route and then reduce your margins later.

Harmik has a good strong service and is a people person if u need support.

sign up for both, cascade sales from one to the other as it is all money that comes in. Then look to get your own merchant account when you hit 50K+ a month and cascade to the others too. Depends if you are looking for direct sales or want to pay affiliates too. otherwise paypal or cashinenvelope with damian jenkins the brit

Good advice. We actually haves the same rates for adult and mainstream and as far as the merchant account, the banks rates that we work with will only be about 1% (100 basis points) higher for adult over mainstream. We work with about 15 different banks to get our clients the best rates based on their needs.
