you can't really tell that theoretically, you have to feel the difference, because you have to be able to feel the difference.
If you can't just try to follow the rules that you have to follow.

So for example, don't do that if you know you can't fly:

The is no way to ever really know.

The trick I use is to go to a place - I am in London so if I can get to Time Square in less than 10 seconds I am probably dreaming.
