Anyone from Moniker around? Time critical domain renewal glitch...
 

Two days ago, I got the following weird message on two domains I have with Moniker:

Failed to renew domain in registry. Invalid response format from registry. code=999,msg="Registry Exception: Transport Failed",

It appears that Moniker actually charged me for the renewal. Twice. The domains expire in a week, so it is kinda pressing, and nobody from Moniker has gotten back to my emails.

I don't think Bari works there anymore, so I don't think anyone from Moniker monitors this forum.

had the same thing happen there a few times to me.

Crucial domains now get renewed at least 5 years at a time. Important 2. Anything renewed year by year must now be reviewed every year.

Have sold and cut down seriously in the last 3 years to less than 15% of what I had.

they don't monitor the board anymore...

I guess they don't monitor this forum or their own email.

Ugh, I really do not like to use the phone for this sort of thing.
