Then they can turn them off through htaccess if they don't want custom code in the cms:

php_flag display_errors off
php_flag html_errors off

I took down the original images because those errors expose site structure and that is not good.

Yeah, I realized that and had just edited the way I replied. Sorry bout that.

As far as the temporary, I reported it a few weeks back (don't remember quite when could be a week, could be 3, I am old and lose track of that stuff) and I have been re-checking every now and then and they were still there, so it wasn't a temporary glitch it was a code fuck up somewhere.
