Move over buck angel

Man goes to hospital with a kidney stone... and discovers he's a woman

A man who went to hospital with a kidney stone was stunned when a nurse gave him his results - and revealed that he was actually a woman.

Steve Crecelius, a photographer from Denver, Colorado, was born with both male and female traits and had long repressed his feminine side.

But after an ultrasound made the discovery, he no longer lives as a man and goes by 'Stevie' - a move that his wife and their six children support.

Well it was a nurse who read the ultrasound and delivered the news. Last time I checked, that isn't the job of a nurse.

Then what exactly is the doctors job? The RNs role is to administer medicine ordered by the doctor and watch after you.

Don't get me wrong, I've had nurses way smarter than doctors... And ones that have given me lab results and such, but it's always been a doctor that has gone over imaging findings with me. And depending on the imaging used, the radiologist read it first and then it's just the doctor relaying the findings of the radiologist.
