start stretching
I've put on about 10 pounds of muscle the past 4 months and a trainer I have(working out for a minor league tryout) told me the only way to get maximum potential out of each muscle is to stretch religiously.I stretch about an hour a day before and after workouts and I gotta say it's getting better than busting a gigantic load...I can almost give myself head,my MAIN main objective... SO in closing if you're a fat fuck and/or you hate excerising ,like most people, it takes NO energy to stretch, do it an hour a day and I promise you'll have more energy and be more happy with yourself :)
