This forum must be a bunch of old men ;)

I'll be buying at least one to test out... if it's as good as they say I may wire my entire house with them ><
I won't be pre-ordering though...

Preordering when I get home
Really nice but going to be limited to what can really be done with it for a while.
Its very cheap ($70).
It will be interesting to see the apps for it. I can see it used in shops. Be interesting if you could intergrate it with a mobile phone. It would also be interestingt if you could intergrate it with blue ray films. imagine a porn film where you could spank the models bottom using this. |

They would be better off selling it to say appel who would sell them in millions rather than via a small website. Plus if you had backers such as appel your more likly to get people making apps for it. I wonder how many would want to jump in and make an app for somthing that is not a mainstream product. |

It only works with apps that support it right? You can't use it with your normal apps so it would probably take a long time before the apps you use get support for it.
Also try to move your hand like that in that position for a few minutes. You won't last. So it's pretty useless.

Available for preorder. Fantastic unreal stuff for 70 bucks. instant buy for me
Maybe they found a way to catch movement with some cheap components, its era of small stuff and great ideas, so price tag is maybe even ok if their production cost is somehow low, or maybe they will sell lots on smaller profit margin, or maybe they will sell all to MS or APPLE after they shit their paints...
Cool parlour trick but seems useless on a practical level.
Incredibly baddass for video games.
I won't be pre ordering but will definitely read the reviews and if they are fair to good I will definitely buy one. You can't go wrong for $70!
Really looking forward to the future to see all the bad ass stuff it brings us.
I really don't want to be waving my arms around to control my computer...or a video game. This will go the way of voice commands.
Using it to type with my cock right now actually.

The Microsoft Kinnect has so far proven to be a wildly popular interface. I don't use it for games myself but it works well when controlling my TV, watching movies, etc. And if you have ever watched people play games with it, it's amazing how well it works. It works so well that its actually fun as opposed to just being another gadget. |

yeah, all that pre-ordering stuff makes me go hmmmmmmm; I'll wait until / if it's released and then definitely buy one
Been in preorder for 3+ months and no timetable on release despite the demos that have been done of it. Hmm.

just like the Kinect using FAAST so there is no need to write to the device, if you write an application that uses the mouse and keyboard you app will work with this device. |
Looks good to me

looks so cool!
Anyone get one yet? I'm interested in how it's used for web browsing.

The last thing I want to do at my computer is wave my arms around. This is why I never use my Playstation move controllers.
