I couldn't even finish reading because of all the neon on both sides.

You have skill...but I would suggest toning down the neon.

Maybe I will go get my :D and read a bit more later.

i'd say business stuff should be like this http://www.bigplayers.com/ and, you got spelling errors, check spaces in the text or better use CSS for text.
